This 1 hour session will be focusing on elevating the athlete's heart rate with the help of different conditioning exercises, agility and foot work, balance and strength exercises by using bodyweight and other tools such as resistance bands etc. Conditioning will help improve stamina and endurance by essentially training your heart to be better at pumping blood. If you want to improve muscle strength, balance, power, and speed, this is the session for you.
