Individual training is an effective way for athletes to improve their skillsets. With private basketball training, athletes can learn, develop, and fine tune all aspects of their game by working with the trainers of Watson Basketball Academy. Each training session is an opportunity for our trainers to analyze a player's specific needs, resulting in a customized session. Players can expect to learn proper techniques and drills to develop their skills and sharpen their talent. Individual training sessions have to be scheduled within 7 days of purchasing the training sessions.
GROUP TRAINING

Group training is an effective way for athletes to improve their skillsets both individually and with other athletes. With group basketball training, athletes can learn, develop, and fine-tune all aspects of their offensive and defensive game by working with the trainers of Watson Basketball Academy in a positive team-like atmosphere. Please note: Prices are based per athlete, not per group.

SEMI-INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Sign up today, semi-individual training is limited to 4 players.
Semi-Individual training is an effective way for athletes to improve their skill sets. With a maximum of 4 players in each session, athletes can learn, develop, and fine-tune all aspects of their game by working with the trainers of Watson Basketball Academy. Each training session is an opportunity for our trainers to analyze a player's specific needs, resulting in a customized session. Players can expect to learn proper techniques and drills to develop their skills and sharpen their talent. Training sessions will be held at outdoor court at Covington Oak Park, 6806 Covington Gdn Dr, Apollo Beach, FL 33572.
Conditioning & Strength Training

Being in great shape is not only essential to your succes on the basketball court, but also for your every day well-being. This 1 hour session will be focusing on elevating the athlete's heart rate with the help of different conditioning exercises, agility and foot work, balance and strength exercises by using bodyweight and other tools such as resistance bands etc. Conditioning will help improve stamina and endurance by essentially training your heart to be better at pumping blood. If you want to improve muscle strength, balance, power, and speed, this is the session for you.
